No earth-shattering news here: like the most recent update to your smart phone software, the digital marketing arena is dynamic and constantly evolving.  Being digital marketing experts, MOVE embraces changes to remain competitive and relevant.

In 2016, Ngairie Hartwell was working the daily grind at a national marketing company. She became frustrated with its limited understanding and corporate approach for North Queensland small- to medium-sized businesses. Conversations were repeated with many Townsville business owners:  they knew their online presence had to be managed, and either didn't know how (or didn't want to) manage it themselves. Hello, MOVE Online Marketing! 

Ngairie quickly recruited Sarah and Lori, bringing additional skills and expertise to the MOVE team. In 2020, fresh marketing graduate Karl Geiger joined the team and soon became an experienced social media account manager. When Ngairie hung up her marketing boots in 2022, Karl jumped at the opportunity to keep the business on the MOVE.

Along with our growth, a change of ownership, and three (!) office upgrades in four years, MOVE's service offering has changed. From managing a 'bit of everything', we now focus on what we believe delivers the most impact for our clients: online advertising, simple user-friendly websites, and tailored digital campaign management.

Despite the changes along the way, our passion and commitment to North Queensland business hasn't wavered. We genuinely love working with our clients and are privileged to often become an extension of their business. While we operate as an external agency, we often feel like we're an in-house team - with the ability to bring fresh energy, new ideas and the ability to deliver tangible results.

In January 2023, we unveiled our new branding and simple name change. Hello, MOVE Marketing!

In August 2024, Lori relocated to the Somerset region in South East Queensland. Working from a satellite office, Lori brings our specialist Google Ads Service to the south east corner of Queensland.
